Environmentally
Safe & Sustainable Usage Fluid for Battery
Sulfate
CLEAR is a miracle fluid for a proprietary lead-acid
battery re-conditioner. This miracle fluid was developed
and used in Japan since 2001. Sulfate Clear is made
from a 100% non-toxic solution. While care needs to
be taken when working on batteries due to the nature
of the chemicals used inside the battery, Sulfate Clear
itself is 100% harmless to a technicians. Sulfate Clear
will cause no irritation to the skin and there are no
special care needs when handling the fluid itself. We
cannot stress how important basic safety is when dealing
with the fluid surrounding battery mainte-nance. Moreover,
there are absolutely no health or environmental impact
concerns from handling Sulfate Clear alone. Not only
will Sulfate CLEAR reduce your battery expense by a
minimum of half, you will also be able to see immediate
savings in battery disposal fees. Since your batteries
will last twice as long, you will be throwing away half
as many. With increasing concerns on the impact of hazardous
materials on the environment, Sulfate CLEAR has been
designed to be 100% non toxic and safe on the environment.

How
does it work?
In
order to understand how Sulfate Clear works, you need
to understand the very basics of how the lead acid battery
works. The basic lead acid battery consists of lead
plates suspended in a solution of water and sulfuric
acid. This solution is referred to as an electrolyte,
which is more or less a chemical reaction of all involved
parts inside the battery creating electrons. Electrons
are what provides the electrical current that allows
a battery to power your equipment. This system is far
from perfect. While a new battery can generally put
out one part of energy for every part put into it via
a charge; over time, it requires more input to get less
output. One of the byproducts of this process is sulfur
build up, which attaches itself to the cells on the
lead plates. Over time this buildup creates resistance,
causing a less efficient battery, and ultimately total
failure. Sulfate Clear works by fully preventing any
sulfur build up from occurring on the cells within the
lead plates. In addition to removing and preventing
any resistance causing sulfur buildup, small particles
of suspended sulfur quickly drops to the bottom of the
battery storage tank. This is in part the key to how
Sulfate Clear works, allowing the suspended sulfur particles
to drop to the bottom of the battery. Sulphur particles
are prevented from being attached to the cells in the
lead plates.
Guaranteed
doubling of battery life
With
the standard application of a few milliliters of Sulfate
Clear to your new batteries, you should expect to see
an increase in life expectancy. This is a bare minimum;
in all of our tests, we are seeing much greater than
a doubling of life expectancy. At the very least, Sulfate
Clear will reduce your battery expenses by half of what
you are currently spending. Adding Sulfate Clear to
an old battery, or even a battery that has been diagnosed
as unable to hold a charge, should in all cases restore
it to near-new condition.
Less
time charging means less money spent on utilities
Untreated
batteries take longer to charge. The longer your batteries
are plugged into the utilities, the higher your utility
operating costs will be. By keeping your new and old
batteries at the optimum operating levels, you should
immediately notice the savings in total kilowatt hours
of electricity used. Just two high voltage batteries
used in standard forklifts will save you an average
of $275.00 per year. Apply that to a 500 cart golf course,
each using 12 batteries, and you can immediately see
the savings in utility cost alone makes Sulfate Clear
an undisputed choice.
